One of my favorite movie scenes is this one ‘coz individualization is as important as team work but excellence is not shown up by taking advantage of the others or just showing up … it is earned by action!
If you want to be a leader you should learn how to follow first ‘coz this is aint a privilege you gain it is a responsibility and if you don’t know what following is you could never teach others how to lead… they talk about leading by example, well show them that you understand when you need to be genuine and excel and when you just step aside and go with the flow.
